Daughter: He knew where he was this morning.
Panel 2
The nurse calls for urgent review and checks observations.
Nurse Patel: His oxygen level is low. Please come now.
Panel 3
The doctor assesses him and starts treatment for hypoxia.
Doctor Grant: We will support his breathing and investigate the cause.
Panel 4
Assessment identifies pneumonia. Treatment and close monitoring continue.
Doctor Grant: We also need to check for other problems.

His breathing eases, but he remains disoriented.
Mr Morgan: Why have you brought me to this hotel?

That evening he still loses track of conversation.
Nurse Patel: You are in hospital. Your daughter is here.
